Founded by Bruce Turner, PhD research in Sound Design & Biomechanics, Flowstates offers a unique blend of musical tuition, creative advice, performance enhancement and physical practice designed to help you create, express and perform with confidence.
Bruce is a producer and composer whose work has reached millions of streams worldwide, featured on BBC, Channel 4, Discovery Channel and released through major labels such as Universal Music. His collaborations include industry-leading artists such as Massive Attack, TC, Paper Dragon and more.
A Bristol-based guitarist, producer, and educator with over 20 years’ teaching experience, Bruce has toured internationally with award-winning, A-list artists & headlined major venues and festivals, and created advanced hybrid live shows. As a producer and recording artist, his work has reached millions, including extensive radio play, sessions recorded at Maida Vale, Abbey Road, and Real World Studios.
Alongside his performing career, Bruce has directed Master’s-level music courses at the dBs Institute in Bristol and published academic research in music technology.
