From the beginning of the millenium, I was fortuante to have studied alongside a revered grandmaster of Tai Chi – Dr Shen Hongxun, where I learned some excellent and profound techniques, all of which helped me to realise some challenging goals, and performance capabilities. I would love to share these with you.

Taijiwuxigong is a gentle yet powerful self-healing system that combines movement, breath work and energy cultivation to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Rooted in traditional Chinese practices and developed for modern life, it offers a simple way for beginners to reduce tension, restore balance and improve overall health.

Through flowing Taiji movements, spontaneous exercises, and standing meditation, Taijiwuxigong helps to release stagnant energy from the body, strengthen posture, and calm the mind. The practice encourages natural breathing, relaxation and awareness — allowing the body’s innate healing processes to activate and flourish.
