However, it may be a valuable complementary activity that can improve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-regulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motor coordination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anxiety management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Executive functioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emotional wellbeing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The evidence is most promising for ASD-related motor and behavioural outcomes and for general mental health benefits.
